Can you believe August is just about over? It’s crazy how fast this month has gone by. Before you know it, summer will be over :(. So before that happens, I pulled together a simple, colorful outfit suitable for warm summer days to share with you guys. Continue reading Summer of Love
I have a really fun, pink party-appropriate outfit to share with you guys today :D. This would be a cute look for a holiday party, fancy dinner party, or even a company event. If pink is too bright or cutesy of a color for you, you can definitely pair this dress with another colored blazer (but perhaps not a black one, since it’d just blend with the black dress). The pink blazer that I have is quite large and oversized. I’m wearing it as an alternative for a jacket. Continue reading Party in Pink
This week’s outfit was inspired by the delicious pink lollipop I had in my hand. So yummy. So colorful. So pink. :) The bright pink lollipop just popped against my pale pink dress and light blue denim jacket. I also love how summery this outfit is, in a soft, subtle way. Continue reading Lollipop Pop
Today I have a super casual, fun look for the summer. I love plaid and this red flannel plaid shirt I got from Forever 21 had all the elements that I wanted, especially in the comfort level. Both were relatively inexpensive and good quality :D. Continue reading Lovin’ the Plaid
Happy Friday! Are you guys ready for the weekend? I sure am! To be honest, I’m surprised the week is coming to an end already…and even more so, that the month is going by so quickly as well! It’s already mid August, which means summer is almost ending. So I decided to put together a simple outfit for a day at the beach. We should all go to the beach while we can :D. But for those in the Bay Area, perhaps we should all wait for Indian summer…

This look is definitely dramatic and not for the everyday. I wanted to play with my liquid liner to create something over-dramatic, something I haven’t tried before. To make the look more playful (and less dark), I sandwiched the black eyeliner with a emerald green liner on top, and a bright gold shimmery liner in the inner eyes. If I had to give this look an artistic name, I’d call it, “the playful panda”.
