This is pt 2 of my empties product review :). Like my previous post, I’m just going to briefly go through each product and let you guys know what I thought of it. So let’s get this going! Got2b Rockin It Dry Shampoo: I actually really liked this spray type dry shampoo. I did a lot of research online to find one that won’t leave a powder residue, and everyone raved about this one from Got2b. I actually don’t use dry shampoo anymore, but when I did, this one was really good. It’s got a good smell but it was a little overwhelming, so I didn’t like using it as much. But I think if you don’t mind it, I think this is a great, inexpensive dry shampoo that really does a good job at soaking up your oils and not leaving a white powder residue in your hair.
Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face Wash: First off, this face wash smells SO GOOD. This fresh, fruity cleanser contains rose hip extract, milk thistle, passion flower and chamomile. It’s a 2 in 1 cleanser and exfoliator. There are little beads that help exfoliate the skin. This cleanser did a good job cleaning my face, taking off all my makeup and dirt/oils. But I don’t think it did anything extraordinary for my skin. For its price, I don’t think I would be repurchasing. But if you’re looking for a nice 2 in 1 cleanser that does a good basic job of cleaning your face, this Bliss foaming face wash is a good option.
Victoria’s Secret Pure Seduction Daily Body Wash: I got this as a Christmas gift from my friend about 8 or 7 years ago 0___0. I didn’t get a chance to really use this until a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, I didn’t really enjoy this body wash. It smelled nice, but that’s about it. It didn’t lather very well on the skin and I didn’t feel particularly sparkly clean at the end of the shower. But this was what I expected out of a Victoria’s Secret body wash, as it has so much fragrance in the formula. I think that’s why I had put off using this body wash for years. But honestly, VS might have reformulated their body washes by now. But if this body wash is still out on the shelves today, I would not recommend purchasing.
Goldwell Color Glow Shampoo: I bought this shampoo when I had ombre’ed my hair last year. I think this shampoo did quite a good job protecting my colored hair but didn’t do that great of a job of making my hair softer or less tangled. When I used this shampoo on my ends, where it’s most bleached, I can feel my hair rougher and getting extremely tangled as I rub in my shampoo. Whereas with a shampoo like Loreal’s EverCreme shampoo really softened my hair and made my hair appear healthier. But I guess seeing that this Color Glow shampoo’s true intentions was to protect my hair’s color, I think it did a fine job. But I wouldn’t repurchase this.
Anyway, I hope you guys enjoyed this post :) Let me know in the comments if you want to see more posts about empties or product reviews.
